Individual therapy is a space just for you, a space to slow down, breathe, and explore the parts of you that may feel tender, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

Together, we’ll work to understand the root of what you're carrying and gently tend to it. Using a trauma-informed and somatic approach, I support you in feeling more connected to your body, your boundaries, and your truth.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. Whether you’re moving through grief, anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, relationship stress, or simply seeking clarity—this work is here to meet you where you are.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, research-backed approach that helps the brain and body heal from trauma, anxiety, and emotional pain. But here, we don’t just focus on the science, we hold space for your full humanity.

If you’ve ever found yourself stuck in the same emotional loops, overwhelmed by memories or triggers, or just carrying a heaviness you can’t explain. EMDR can support you in gently processing what’s been stored in your nervous system, so you can feel lighter, safer, and more connected to yourself.

In our work together, EMDR isn’t rushed. It’s relational, intuitive, and guided by what feels relatively safe for you. We move at your pace, combining EMDR with somatic tools, mindfulness, and compassionate care.

Somatic Experiencing is a body-centered approach to healing that gently invites your nervous system to unwind from stored stress, trauma, and overwhelm—without needing to retell or relive your story. Rooted in the science of the nervous system and guided by the body’s own wisdom, this work offers a path toward greater internal safety, ease, and presence.

In our one-on-one sessions, we move with intention and care, always at the pace your body is ready for. We follow internal cues, use grounding practices, subtle awareness, and supportive tools to help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and sustainable.

  • That’s completely normal. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can connect, answer questions, and feel into what working together might look like. You deserve to feel comfortable and supported in this process.

  • At this time, I’m a private-pay, out-of-network provider and can offer superbills for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan. I’ve also partnered with Thrizer to make using your out-of-network benefits easier and more seamless. Let’s talk about what works best for you.

  • As part of the 2022 ‘No Surprises Act,’ a good faith estimate (GFE) provides a detailed summary of the estimated costs for healthcare treatment. You have the right to receive a GFE of what the financial charges could be for the therapeutic services offered to you. This estimate is not an official contract and does not mandate any treatment. 

  • Not at all. Some people come to therapy with clear goals, and others just know something feels off. Both are welcome. Our work will unfold in the direction that supports your healing and growth.

  • Every session is tailored to you. We may talk things out, pause to notice what’s happening in your body, or explore practices that support regulation and clarity. There’s no “right” way to be here. Your nervous system gets to lead.

  • Most clients begin with weekly sessions and adjust over time. We’ll collaborate on what feels sustainable and supportive for your current season of life.

  • We begin by building a foundation of trust and safety. Once you’re ready, we use bilateral stimulation (like eye movements, tapping, or sound) to gently engage your brain’s natural healing process. You don’t have to relive trauma in detail. Your brain and body leads the way, and I’m there to guide you.

    Do I have to talk about everything that happened?


    Not at all. EMDR allows your nervous system to process stored memories without needing to rehash every detail. You share what feels safe and helpful, nothing more.
